Walk with Us
The South Petherton Walking Group is aimed at the over 50's and walk throughout the year, twice each week on Sundays and Wednesdays. The very best of South Somerset walks are planned and vary between three and seven miles. Wednesdays we support our local 'Demand Responsive' Nippy Bus Service on our Nippy Bus Walk. We try to fit in a Pub, Coffee Shop or Farm Shop, and there is no pressure to 'finish on time'. We are not ramblers, just a group of nice people out for a few hours healthy, social activity. If you have a friendly dog, bring it along too. Please bear in mind we cross farm land and dogs must be kept under control.
