The Burnt House Farm - Mid Lambrook
South Petherton Somerset TA13 5HE - Telephone 01460 242177

Attractive, spacious ensuite double in quiet rural location, adjacent to nationally recognised plant nursery, 10 minutes from A303. Self contained annexe: only one small (external) step from ramp. Off street parking adjoins accommodation.

This small bed and breakfast business runs alongside the prestigious Avon Bulbs nursery at Mid Lambrook. There is only one room available – a spacious double with ensuite bathroom, in a self contained annexe to the main house. There is an access ramp, which whilst not fully wheelchair accessible allows entry to the room which has no internal changes in level. Parking is just outside the door. The house is about 3 miles from the A303, conveniently situated to visit nearby National Trust Properties or other attractions in the area including John Leach’s pottery at Muchelney, East Lambrook Manor, and Brown and Forest Smokery at Hambridge, or indeed to do business locally. The location is quiet and walking/cycling from the door is possible. Mid Lambrook is just off the Parrett Trail and there is an original 5 mile chapel, just 5 minutes’ walk. Cheque or cash only.
